Spirit Sales - show shirts
We will be ordering the show shirts for this season in early July. Each band member gets one shirt at band camp. Many like to have a second shirt for busy weekends. Parents and families also like to wear the shirts as they attend competitions and support the band. The form is attached with ordering information. The adult sizes are men's sizing. Feel free to call or email me with questions. Orders are due by JULY 8!

Important Scrip order information
Our next order will be placed on July 6. Since the band is not in session at that time, participating families will need to bring their confirmations (with payments attached) to Kevin's house (4344 Bunting Lane) by 6:00pm that day. Please do not bring your orders prior to July 2.
The following order will be due in the lockbox by 5:00 on Monday, July 20 (the first day of Pre Camp).

Speedway parking
It is that time again! We have 3 days available to work for speedway parking. The dates we have available to work are:

For Thursday, July 23 and Friday, July 24 students may not work as they will be at band camp. We are expecting to be paid $7 per hour. Money earned will be put directly into the student account. Everyone must wear closed toe shoes and knee length shorts. Bring plenty of sunscreen. You will be allowed a break, please pack a cooler with lunch or snack and plenty of water. All minors who sign up will need their parent (s) to fill out a consent form for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. If the consent form is not filled out the track will not allow them to work.
Please print name along with parent name and contact information. I will be contacting everyone who signs up prior to working to ensure you are still going. It is imperative that if you sign up to work that you show up.

Welcome, new parents!
Thanks to all who came to Tuesday's new parent meeting. I know that we threw a lot of information at you! Uniform information and donation
If any boys have left their tuxedo shirts in the uniform room, these must be taken home by Memorial Day weekend, or the uniform committee will assume they are being donated back to the band.
Also, if anyone does want to donate used tuxedo shirts or GENTLY used marching shoes, these are also accepted, we use them as "back ups" when someone has forgotten or lost these items.
Please mark them as a donation and place in the uniform room.
