GRADUATION!
Students need to arrive by 9AMish to the band room and be in their seats ready to play by 9:30AM in Gym 1. Expect about a ten minute walk or more from the band room to the gym through construction. Parking will be overwhelming!
Dress NICELY! No shorts; no tennis shoes; no flip flops; no jeans; no t-shirts.... instead of wearing tuxes and concert dresses, students must be dressed appropriately for the ceremony. Attendance is required and determines the final exam grade. See the directors with questions.
You asked for it! You got it!
Car window decals have been ordered and should be arriving the week of May 7th!
There is no gray on the decal; that part will be clear.
Decals will cost $7.50 for one sticker or $10 for two stickers.
Leigh will have these available for sale at the spring band awards, May 15th, 7:30.
Cash would be lovely! Exact change would be awesome!
Spring Awards on May 15th Judson Erne Auditorium, 7PM
Letters, chevrons, patches and awards will be presented. The Band Booster boards will be elected by those adults in attendance.

Renner Drive 4 UR School! May 19th, 9AM - 3PM
Students were given a flyer and 10 'tickets' to be passed out to friends and family in class on Thursday, May 3rd. PLEASE be sure the ticket has the student's name PRINTED CLEARLY in the space provided. The first 300 test drives will be counted towards student accounts. Tell your test drivers to come early. One test driver per household per test drive is allowed.
| |
Students may sign up in the band room near the Lost and Found tub for shifts. Walk in test drivers will be divided between students who volunteer that day... multiple shifts means multiple pay out! Students will NOT drive with test drivers; students will advertise with signs up and down the sidewalk, help with concessions and help with general gopher duties.
|
| |
Volunteering adults (who will drive with test drivers) will also earn up to $25 per shift towards their student's account. Adults should visit the Doodle poll and sign up for as many shifts as they are able! Adults are not responsible for sales information. Interested parties will be diverted to Renner sales staff.
